Target State

As part of the Web Experience Refresh initiative, a unified Web Content Management (WCM) solution is implemented. It provides efficient workflows to manage content through the entire lifecycle, and enables data feeds from existing systems and cloud services through an API layer to the web presentation tier. The solution runs on Java application cluster that ensures reliability and scalability of web presence.

The new WCM platform enables website visitors to interact via social media channels, in order to deliver personalized information in convenient way.
