Initial State
Transit Operations, Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Service Management applications are deployed in data centres providing privately shared hosting services to government agencies. Most of operational technology is planned to stay on premise, while cross-industry business support applications are expected to move to various software vendor and third-party managed cloud environments.
Target State
A comprehensive package of Data Centre and Cloud Migration strategy, technical direction and reference architecture documents is delivered and presented to the Architecture Review Committee and the Senior Leadership Team.
Modern network security, container management, cloud access and API Management platforms and processes are proposed and approved by stakeholders.
