Health centres and retail stores operated by the pharmacy chain require a reliable way of archiving Patient Health Records (PHR) while allowing quick, secure access.

Target State

An Automatic Data Optimization (ADO) solution is implemented to optimize health information storage utilization and access performance. The approach uses database-centric heat mapping algorithms to determine information access frequency, required compression level and storage tier distribution.

Given high sensitivity of the archived medical data, the solution is architected to preserve compliance with PCI and HIPAA standards, where patient payment credentials and private health information are safely stored and securely accessed.
